The company sponsors many health related events annually. 
This year female employees were taken to the hospital for 
mammography exams in a limo.

Copland financially rewards employees for many achievements including
 time without absences.  This year we gave a $1000 savings bond to 
an employee with twenty years service without one days absence.

Copland also awards longevity.  We have several employees who have 
worked at Copland for over 50 years.

Our company sponsors an employee GED program.  We have instructors
from the local community college teach in a facility built for employee education.
